1-23-18 Should a player's social media be limited?

I don't think the tweets and taunts cost the Steelers the Jacksonville game, nor do I think they were looking ahead to New England. But that doesn't mean I support the tweets and taunts. It's stupid, and it needs to be curtailed. But being realistic, you're not going to take their smart phones away from them, and you're not going to realistically forbid them to use social media. So if you're a head coach in the NFL, how do you put a lid on this? We'll also talk to the Trib's Joe Rutter about the Steelers off season plans at 1:30.

Todd Haley is now the Browns' offensive coordinator! Wow! Your thoughts on this? We'll check in with Cleveland talk show host Kenny Roda at 1:00.

Pirates attendance was probably going to suffer anyway, but trading Gerrit Cole and Andrew McCutchen isn't going to help any. What are your plans for going to Pirates games or watching them on TV this season? Might you soften your stance just because you're a fan, or you just like going to the games? Or you're just a baseball fan?

The Pens host Carolina tonight, and Paul Steigerwald of the Penguins radio network will join me today at 12:30.
