But it won't carry the same weight as if an owner does it. It's time for Art Rooney II to speak out. Not in the bombastic Jerry Jones way, but the Steelers organization and the Rooney name still carries a lot of weight. Maybe Art has spoken privately with Roger Goodell. I hope so.
