Michele Fabrizi, CEO, MARC USA

Michele Fabrizi’s No Limits approach to life has propelled her to a top leadership role in the world of advertising – as well as leadership of world class arts and cultural organizations and a major role in regional economic development.

Along the way, she’s propelled the growth of her Fortune 500 clients, changed global perceptions of the region, spurred major philanthropic efforts and broken down barriers and empowered women to aspire to and achieve leadership.

Michele is CEO of MARC USA, one of the nation’s largest privately-owned advertising agency with offices in Baltimore, Boston, Chicago, Miami and Pittsburgh. She led the reinvention of the agency to a digital-first approach with unique capabilities in Decision Science, advanced analytics and AI.

She’s the Chair of the Board of the Pittsburgh Opera, Vice-Chair of Andy Warhol Museum (world’s largest single artist museum) and a member of the Advisory Boards of Women’s Health Access Matters (WHAM) and The Advanced Leadership Initiative (to increase the representation of diverse leaders on boards).

Michele’s leadership has resulted in a number of firsts – including being one of the first women to join the Executive Committee of the Allegheny Conference on Community Development and the first woman to chair the county-wide United Way campaign as well as co-founder of United Way’s Women’s Leadership Council to give women a voice in philanthropy.

Michele has always been a mentor to women, and today more than 50% of MARC USA senior leaders are women. She is also the local program chair of Deloitte’s Board Ready Women initiative to increase the number of women on corporate boards.
