The Pirates are sellers

On July 12th the Pirates were 2.5 half games back in the NL Central. 10 days later and the Pirates are 7.5 games back and are 5.5 games behind in the Wild Card race.

What's worse is that the Pirates are chasing every team in the National League save the Reds, Mets, and Marlins. That's not the mark of a contender. Neither is being 2-7 since the All-Star break.

They shouldn't be buyers at the trade deadline. I don't care what Neal Huntington says. They're not a fix or two away. It's time to sell.
