Last night I watched the New England Patriots lose a big game. That's something Steelers fans aren't accustomed to seeing. After the game, I posted this tweet:
A lot of people took this question literally and many thought I was being critical of the Steelers. Here's the deal...I wasn't. I was just frustrated. Like you, I want the Steelers to win. Like you, it's been maddening to see the Patriots get the better of Pittsburgh for the better part of two decades. Seeing the Patriots lose to a backup QB while the Steelers have struggled to beat them with a hall of fame QB was confounding.
Ben Roethlisberger is a future hall of fame quarterback. Nick Foles is a backup. Ben Roethlisberger's Steelers have lost 4 straight against the Patriots and 8 of the last 9 with Brady in lineup.
Nick Foles' team just won the Super Bowl. *Vomit*
