Daily Allegheny County COVID-19 Update - May 21st

Allegheny County Health Department released their daily update for COVID-19 cases in the area.

As of this morning, there are 31 new cases in the county with a total of 1,718 cases (confirmed or probable). 313 of those cases (past or present) have required hospitalization. Out of those 313, one-hundred-twenty-five have been admitted to the ICU with sixty-seven requiring the use of a ventilator. There have been 144 deaths. 26,579 test have been administered.

  • 0-9 years: 13
  • 10-19 years: 28
  • 20-29 years: 248
  • 30-39 years: 212
  • 40-49 years: 213
  • 50-59 years: 310
  • 60-69 years: 283
  • 70+ years: 411
