Put away your everyday running gear and get into the Halloween spirit by running in your favorite costume at the
5th Annual Emmaus Spirit Run 5k on Saturday, October 20, 2018

The chipped 5k loops around the scenic Three Rivers Heritage Trail with the start and finish line in the South Shore Riverfront Park, in the heart of the South Side Works. Awards will be given to respective age division 5k winners.
A family friendly 1-mile fun walk along the Three Rivers Heritage Trail is also available. Strollers are welcome!
Stick around for the post-race activities and enjoy the family fun festivities which includes pumpkin painting, food & drinks, raffles, costume contest and more!
Costumes for all participants and supporters are encouraged.
All proceeds benefit the Emmaus Community of Pittsburgh. Emmaus provides homes, services and advocacy for those with intellectual disabilities.
Online registration closes at midnight on October 18th.
Same day registrations welcome! Event is rain or shine.
